Saddle Stitching

Our production capabilities range from high performance to reliable quality. We provide saddle stitching finishing services at our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Saddle stitching, also known as stapling or bookletmaking, is one of the most efficient bindery and finishing methods available. We utilize integrated collating finishing equipment or in-line automated stitchers to effectively saddle stitch your printed documents. With our saddle stitchers, booklets, calendars, and other similar commercial printing products get done fast and to exact specifications.

Advantages of saddle stitching include:

  • Professionally finished look
  • Produced with a rapid turnaround
  • Perfect page registration
  • Ideal for crossover images

At Security Bindery, booklets and pamphlets, either with a self-cover or a separate cover, are fashioned together for a complete, aesthetically appealing style. With saddle stitching, signatures are bound and secured with a center fold and wire staples. Depending on the thickness of the stock, a number of pages can be stitched together using this method.

In order to serve the changing needs of our clients, the ability to be flexible is an integral component to the value offered by Security Bindery. Contact us today to discuss your unique needs.
